- Full lifecycle application: The law covers everything from resume screening to performance reviews to termination decisions.

Colorado SB205: Delayed but Not Dead

- Monitor the federal landscape: The Commerce Department’s 90-day evaluation lands in March. FCC and FTC proceedings will follow. Keep a flexible compliance strategy that can adapt if federal preemption reshapes the rules.
